Abstract: User experience and open innovation as a vehicle for innovation is a fundamental perspective of design thinking and entrepreneurship (Parrish et al. 2017; Chesbrough, 2006). Given the low participation of local stakeholders, the strengthening of links and the collective participation of professionals from the same ecosystem in a common project is an opportunity for the future. Even more considering that local professionals share a common destiny, and are likely to develop a system of supply (Koenig, 2012). Based on open innovation and service design thinking, we propose a model able to track actors and ideas in the co-innovation process, taking advantage of the business ecosystem and the potential customers. An example of implementation is presented in the field of strengthening the attractiveness of a region by highlighting local products within an ecosystem of professionals. The same who do not have the opportunity to exchange ideas for innovation in their activities.
