| Resumo: | Published just after the release of the IPCC Special Report on 1,5 °C, the paper highlights some of its main messages. The differential impacts between a warming of 1,5 °C and 2 °C is larger than previously thought. Since current NDCs tend to impl a 3 °C warmer worlds, their faster-than-planned implementation and a higher ambition need to contribute to an effort that is unprecedented as for scale, although not at local, national and sectoral level. |
