| Abstract: | This study aims to explore how online user-generated content can inform our understanding of wine tourism experiences in the Lavaux region. Specifically, drawing from past research about wine tourism (Meneses et al., 2025), we investigate how visitors describe their encounters with the landscape, wineries, and overall destination by analyzing online reviews posted on TripAdvisor and Google about key points of interest. The research mainly seeks to determine the thematic prominence of landscapes in these reviews and assess visitors’ emotional evaluations through sentiment analysis. |
