      abstract = {The concept of Entre-Mets is a fun and friendly knowledge-sharing event tested in our Living
Lab. This edutainment event is a mix of education and entertainment aimed at promoting
knowledge from the university to the entrepreneurs, fostering networking between
participants and sharing a pleasant evening meal in a unique setting. This immersive evening
is a framework to be introduced to the methods of Design Thinking in the company of around
twenty other participants, bringing together the region’s entrepreneurs, professors, and
public representatives. During a meal (3 courses), the main tools of "Design Thinking" are
staged in a friendly and instructive setting. Through an immersive evening in a concrete case,
and thanks to a few games, participants are introduced to the methods of Design Thinking in
the company of about twenty other participants. Our contribution aims to present the
process with its benefits and limits to offer the possibility to transpose it in other regions.}
