N2  - This paper presents the research in progress to design an adaptive privacy management system for context-aware mobile phone devices. To make our artifact falsifiable we ground our design in the existing knowledge base of privacy in the computer science, legal and management literature and we derive a set of testable propositions for researches and a set of design recommendations for practitioners.
